I really hate having to write these, but I must.
——GENERAL TERMS OF USE——
1. Whether if you choose to read the terms or not you are bound to them. ANYONE found in violation of the terms will have their membership terminated without further notice and no refunds will be issued. You must then remove all my work from your site and delete any of my graphics from your folders on your hard drive. The only explanation to you will be the terms were breached and then no more contact over the issue will be accepted. However, mistakes can happen and an exception at my choosing will allow you to correct the problem, depending on the severity of the issue at hand. If you bash my site in any way you will be removed. Once you have gained access to my members only area that constitutes acceptance of these terms and I do know when you have entered the area. Please have the necessary scripts installed on your website such as no right click, no image toolbar and etc. If you don’t know where to find them, contact me.
2. You must display your membership logo on your site within 72 hours of joining and link it to http://debkerri-designs.com/DebKerri-Pixels/. You must send me am email with the page the logo is placed after you have uploaded and linked it. You must keep my logo displayed on your website if you choose to continue using my graphics after your membership expires.
3. A link is required back to DebKerri Pixels on “ALL” pages where my graphics are being used, this means “ALL PAGES”. If I can do this with my memberships, it won’t break your arm to do it too.
4. If I am in your site and see you are not linking your graphics back to the sites you got them from I will remove you from my members area. If you can’t RERSPECT other artists how can you respect yourself??? I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
5. No sharing of anything in the members area in any list, group, or message board and downloading on CD’s.
No direct linking. ( I can tell when there is)
6. No sharing of your username and password, in doing so your membership will be revoked and no refund will be given.
I have the right to change my terms and it is up to you to come here and see if they have been revised. This will be stated at the end of this page.
7. Do not change any file names on any of my graphics. I have begun to add the site initial or names to where I received them from.
8. I will not allow membership to anyone whose site has anything to do with racism, any websites promoting adult, erotic, “sensual” or poronographic material, child abuse, bigotry, hate, or religious intolerance. Your site must be 100% family friendly. My granchildren must be able to view every page on your site.
I have the right to decline any member wishing to join. It does not matter whether that membership is to be purchased or was won in a celebration or raffle. No questions will be answered in the event I refuse to allow your membership. Please don’t even ask!
——TUBES TERMS OF USE——
1. No altering of the tubes or lineart in the members area such as resizing, coloring, etc.
2. You may not make outlines or tutorials from my tubes nor may you use my outlines to make tutorials for them.
3. With my tubes you can makes websets, stationery, premades, avatars, sig tags, backgrounds for personal and for pay.
4. My Tubes are not AS IS. You must add 1 or more tubes or other graphics to them to make a finished graphic.
——OUTLINES——
I have either paid my money to purchase these outlines from other talented ladies, or they were gifted to me. Either way, I got them for you, my members to use.
1. No altering of my lineart/outline such as resizing or altering them in any way. You may remove ghost pixels or stray one we often leave there when drawing that is invisible to the naked eye unless you place a background layer of color and then they show up.
2. You may not make tutorials from my outlines. This goes against the terms of the talented ladies whom I purchased them from.
3. With my outlines/lineart once colored with shading you can makes websets, stationery, premades, avatars, sig tags, backgrounds for personal and for pay.
Apparently this is the way outlines are to be colored and not just flood filled. This was brought to my attention so I have added it to my TOU also.
4. You don’t need to purchase a Tube License to offer your colored with shading outline/lineart as tubes. At this time the Tubing License is included in the price to join.
5. You must place the link back to both me and the site of the creator of my outlines on all of your pages that you use my outlines to make the graphics. Logos for both are included in the zip files.
6. They are not to be placed on your site AS IS. In other words, you can’t just place the outlines on you site.
——PURCHASEWARE——
1. Whether it be tubes, outlines or anything else I make or purchase, you may not place them in your members area unless I state that they are AS IS.

—— SIG TAGS——
::How to use my SIGTAGS::
1. You may use them in your email signature table or as a gift to a friend. Be sure the friend has the link back url of http://debkerri-designs.com/DebKerri-Pixels/ or place the url under the bottom of the graphic in your graphic program.
::What you “CAN’T” do with my sigtags::
1. They may NOT be used to create outlines, tubes (inc. gifs, jpegs or any other format) for free or for profit, nor may they be used in tutorials.
2. You MAY NOT offer them for download on your site, in collections or on CD. They MAY NOT be altered in any way.

——ADOPTION AND PREMADES TERMS——
1. You may place these in your MEMBERS AREA for download but you must place a certificate on “ADOPTIONS ONLY” (PREMADES require no certificate) with it and link back to http://debkerri-designs.com/DebKerri-Pixels/, unless the adoption or premade itself has my info written on the graphic such as Adopted from DebKerri-Pixels or The Pixel Playground.
2. You may not sell these in your MEMBERS AREA , they must be for free.
3. You may send these as gifts for your friends but my certificate must go with them, along with the link to my site, unless the adoption itself has my info written on the graphic.
4. Do not change any file names.

If by some chance you do not understand the terms fully please contact me.
I will trade Memberships but it must be of equal value. Lifetime Memberships with Tubing and Profit License is the only thing I will trade. If at anytime I feel as though our sites are no longer equal I will remove myself from your membership and you must do the same. I have never had this to happen though. I may or may not be trading right now so send me an email and I will place you on a waiting list… who knows you may be at the top of the list.
“”LIFETIME EXPLAINED””
Lifetime does not mean your real life expectancy or mine, it just means as long as these eyes and fingers keep functioning properly or no other circumstances happen to take me partially off line. If any of these happen you can guarantee that there is enough in my members area to justify the money you spent. PSP is my hobby and I do not intend to stop for many years.
There is a way to shorten LIFETIME and that is for you to break my terms of use and then lifetime becomes a different meaning.

I only guarantee that I will update once a month. Like I said at this time it is usually several times a month.
I have a physical disability, therefore I am not always able to be at the computer. This is why I decided to put this section into the TOU.
